- June 1 (Sunday): Cavendish Volunteer Fire Department Drill 2pm, and Business Meeting 6:30 pm at the Fire House in Cavendish
- June 2 (Monday): Select Board Meeting to site visit Van Schaik property near Transfer Station. Site visit participants should meet at the transfer station at 2 pm. FMI: 226-7292
- June 2 (Monday): Last day to submit an entry to the Cavendish Community and Conservation Association's (CCCA) first annual Cavendish Calendar Photo Contest, which will celebrate the "Beauty of Cavendish!" FMI: 226-7736
- June 4 (Wednesday): The Cavendish Chapter of the DAR will meet at the home of Regent Shirley Hale at noon. FMI: 802-875-2918
- June 4 (Wednesday): Planning Commission Meeting, 6:30 pm at the Cavendish Town Office.
- June 5 (Thursday): Community Theatre rehearsals, 7 pm at the Cavendish Town Elementary School. Everyone is invited to participate, all ages, all abilities, onstage and off. No special skills or experience needed, just a desire to learn and have fun. There's a role for everyone! Performances at the end of August. - June 14 (Saturday): Vermont Days Statewide Weekend : Free fishing today only. All VT State Park day areas, histories sites and the VT Historical Society Museum in Montpelier are open with no charge.

- June 15 (Sunday): Happy Father's Day. Vermont Days continues, with special events at various venues for Dad. FMI

- June 28 (Saturday): The Ludlow Rotary and Okemo Mountain Resort are sponsoring the Race for Grace to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the charities of the Ludlow Rotary club. The race is a multi event 5 K walk/run and a challenging 5.8-mile uphill bike climb on Okemo Mountain
